🔄 15 Days Refund & Return Policy

At Miraal.pk, we value your satisfaction and want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

📦 How to Return an Item

1. Note your Order Number: 

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. The return address will be clearly mentioned on the courier slip you received with your delivery. Please use that address for sending back your parcel.

💳 Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. For example, if delivery of a 1kg parcel costs Rs. 250, this amount will be deducted and not refunded.
